The 0XA02 at 2.2 kW is where the G115D mounting platform unifies. Below this, FSA drives use a 364.5 × 145 mm bolt pattern. From 0XA02 upward — through 0XA03 (3 kW), 0XA04 (4 kW), 0XA05 (5.5 kW), and 0XA07 (7.5 kW) — every FSB and FSC drive shares the same 410 × 168 mm mounting hole pattern with M5 bolts at 2.5 Nm torque. A machine builder drills one set of holes and can populate that position with any drive from 2.2 to 7.5 kW.

What does platform unification mean for a conveyor OEM?

Design the machine frame once. The same bracket, the same drilling fixture, the same bolt kit covers every power level from the 2.2 kW FSB to the 7.5 kW FSC. When a customer upgrades line speed and needs 4 kW where 2.2 kW was originally specified — no re-drilling, no adapter plate, no mechanical re-engineering. The 2.2 kW unit itself runs at 96 W on natural convection in the 425 × 180 × 134 mm envelope — silent, fanless, with the 175 Ω integrated braking resistor supporting dynamic braking for conveyor start/stop cycles. From this point upward in the G115D range, the electrical interface and the mechanical interface stay identical — only the depth changes when the fan appears at 4 kW.
