The Fluke Calibration 2271A industrial pressure calibrator is an automated solution for calibrating and testing a variety of pressure gauges, transmitters, switches, and sensors. It delivers a wide range of pressure measurement capabilities from -15 to 3000 psi (-100 kPa to 20 MPa) and is easily expanded to meet the demands of a broad workload.

The 2271A uses PM200 pressure measurement modules with silicon sensors for superior accuracy up to 0.02% FS. Each module has been leak tested to pressures three times higher than the maximum working pressure to ensure that a leak in the system will not affect the measurement and control of pressure. Up to two modules with differing ranges can be installed at a time and are easy to replace from the front panel.

The calibrator features dual vertical test ports to connect multiple devices simultaneously. A built-in electrical measurement module with HART capabilities enables closed loop, fully automated calibration on 4-20 mA devices such as smart transmitters, gauges, and switches. It includes a 250 Ω resistor that can be toggled on or off to eliminate the need for an external resistor when enabling HART communications.

Additional features include a graphical user interface with ten language options, remote interfaces (Ethernet, RS232, USB), and an optional contamination prevention system (CPS) to protect internal components from debris and moisture. Safety features include pressure relief valves on each module and the main chassis, user-settable pressure limits, and an emergency abort button.

The 2271A is suitable for calibration laboratories, manufacturing facilities, and industrial maintenance environments requiring efficient and reliable pressure calibration.
