The Setra 328 Micro Display is designed for use in high density modular block gas sticks and panels required for today's 300mm tools. With a footprint of 1-1/8'', the Model 328 is ideal for in-line installation between the power supply and the pressure transducer.

The 328 is a low-power consumption device, which is calibrated to convert the transducer's 0-5 VDC, 0 to 10 VDC, or 4-20 mA output to a viewable 3-1/2'' digit LED display.

A choice of electrical connector combinations are available. They include 9 pin D-Sub or high-density 15 pin D-Sub connectors for electrical connection to the transducer and the power supply.

The front face of the 328 rotates 360° for viewing in any of four orientations. Detents ensure proper positioning at each orientation. Front access to the push-button zero and span and up to three factory configured pressure units complete this unique design.

When coupled with Setra's Model 227, 1-1/8" down-mount pressure transducer, this package provides the ultimate in pressure measurement and display. The 328 may also be used with a variety of other Setra Ultra-High Purity products as well, including Models 217, 223 and 224.

Applications include modular 1 1/8" block gas sticks and panels, high purity gas delivery systems, and semiconductor process tools.
