The KROHNE DK32 is an economical and versatile variable area flow meter (rotameter) designed for measuring the flow of low-flow gases and liquids . Its simple, all-metal design requires no auxiliary power, making it ideal for applications such as fine metering, gas chromatography, and minimum level monitoring and control .

The DK32 features horizontal connections and a standard metering valve in the foot or head of the device. It can be directly connected to a differential pressure regulator to ensure constant flow even with fluctuating operating pressure. The meter utilizes simple float technology; the position of the float is magnetically transmitted to an analog indicator to display the measured value. The sturdy, all-metal construction ensures high resistance to pressure, temperature, and media, standing up to extreme application and environmental conditions .

The upper limit of measurement is 0.007 to 0.7 GPM for liquids and 0.009 to 2.825 SCFM for gases, with an accuracy of ±4.0% of the measured value. It can handle process temperatures from -112°F to +302°F and operating pressures up to 130 bar.
