The Mensor CTB9100-225 is a specialized micro calibration bath designed for high-precision temperature calibration up to 225 'C . It is ideally suited for applications requiring accurate on-site calibration of short temperature probes in the pharmaceutical, food, and industrial processing sectors . By using a liquid medium, it ensures superior immersion and thermal uniformity, significantly reducing heat conduction errors common with short probes in dry-block calibrators .
This model features a temperature range of 40 to 225 'C (104 to 437 'F) and delivers an excellent accuracy of ±0.2 K with a resolution of 0.1 'C . It boasts a rapid heating time, reaching 225 'C from ambient in just 10 minutes. Cooling from 225 to 50 'C takes approximately 30 minutes . The bath has a usable tank diameter of 60 mm and a depth of 150 mm, providing ample immersion for multiple probes simultaneously .
Operation is straightforward with a two-key interface for setpoint adjustment.
