Product Description

How does the QCFF regulate vibratory feeder speed?

The QCFF uses closed-loop feedback from an external sensor to maintain constant vibration amplitude despite mains voltage fluctuations or load changes. Users can set the speed reference via the built-in keypad, a 0–10 VDC analogue signal, or an optional external potentiometer — with soft start and soft stop ramps to prevent product spillage during acceleration and deceleration.

What communication and control options are available?

Standard RS485 supports both ASCII and Modbus RTU protocols for integration with PLC and SCADA systems. Optional Fieldbus interfaces — PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS DP, EtherCAT — enable direct connection to industrial networks. Onboard programmable Boolean logic handles input sensors, output relays, and start/stop sequencing without an external PLC.

What safety and diagnostic features are included?

The QCFF includes short-circuit detection with alarm output, adjustable current limiting, sensor time-out monitoring, and a status relay for external fault indication. A sensor power supply output and external valve control simplify wiring for complete feeder station automation.
