Each FSR panel is helium leak-tested to an internal leak rate below 1 x 10^-7 standard cubic centimetres per second and an external rate below 1 x 10^-5 std cm3/s. In calibration applications, even microscopic leakage can shift gas mixture concentrations over time, invalidating calibration certificates and causing measurement drift in downstream analysers. The all-welded 316L construction with PCTFE seats and Hastelloy diaphragms ensures the calibration gas reaching the instrument is identical to what left the cylinder.

How does the panel support safe cylinder changeover?

The integrated bleed valve allows controlled venting of residual pressure before disconnecting gas cylinders, protecting technicians from sudden gas release. The inlet port plug provides secondary containment during transport and storage.
