Product Description
The WIKA CPP1000-L hydraulic spindle pump is designed for testing and calibration of small-volume pressure measuring instruments up to 1,000 bar (14,500 psi / 100 MPa). It features a narrow rear flange, sealed reservoir, and an integrated side-mounted fine adjustment valve for precise pressure control at high pressures.
The rotating spindle operates entirely within the pump body. This design eliminates the negative effects of bending torque associated with spindles that extend outside the body during operation. A key advantage, especially for field use, is that the overall dimensions of the hand spindle pump remain unchanged during operation, as the spindle does not protrude externally when turning.
With mineral oil-based fluid or distilled water as the pressure medium, the CPP1000-L suits applications requiring clean, controlled high-pressure generation. Its sealed reservoir design is particularly advantageous for field service where pump orientation may vary during transport and use. Compared to the CPP1000-M, the L variant includes the fine adjustment valve as standard equipment and features a narrower flange profile for installations with tighter instrument spacing.
