The E+H Memosens CPF82E Digital ORP Sensor features a gel‑compact electrode with double chamber reference system, providing durable ORP monitoring in harsh applications. Suitable for flow and immersion installation with integrated assembly to minimize space. Memosens 2.0 technology enables extended storage of calibration and process data for trend identification and predictive maintenance.

Double junction protects against electrode poisoning ions (S²⁻, CN⁻). Robust polymer housing reduces mechanical damage risk. Non‑contact, inductive signal transmission ensures maximum process safety. Measurement range -1500–1500 mV. Process temperature 0–80°C, pressure 1–10 bar at 80°C. Process connection 3/4″ NPT. Temperature sensor NTC 30K. Materials: PPS housing, PTFE junction, platinum ring electrode. IP68, optional FM hazardous area approvals.

Applications: mining operations, industrial water, wastewater treatment.
