The Ashcroft 1327CM is a field-portable pressure generation and test system, delivering the ideal combination of a reliable pressure source and a proven secondary standard for applications requiring high accuracy with the convenience of a comparator. Lightweight and fully portable, the 1327CM delivers maximum utility in a simple, compact, and complete turnkey test set.

The 1327CM utilizes a two-stage hydraulic pressure pump, paired with 1 to 3 Ashcroft Type A4A test gauges used as comparison masters, covering an operating range of 0 through 10,000 psi (or equivalent metric ranges). As calibration quality is dependent on the integrity of the comparison standard, high-accuracy comparator applications demand premium master gauges. These 6" gauges are temperature compensated and deliver an accuracy of 0.1% of span, fully compliant with ASME (formerly ANSI) B40.1, Grade 4A requirements.

The pressure pump integrated with the 1327CM features a built-in two-position shuttle valve, enabling fast, easy pressure generation across the full operating spectrum. Final pressure adjustment is achieved via an integral vernier-adjustment knob for precise control. The 1327CM is available in configurations to accommodate petroleum-based oils, glycol and phosphate ester-based hydraulic fluids, and can also be configured to operate with distilled water for the calibration of oxygen service gauges.

The Ashcroft 1327CM pressure gauge comparator includes all tools, adapters, and accessories required to meet most field or laboratory calibration requirements. All components are conveniently stored in a dedicated carrying case for maximum protection and portability.
