The Time Electronics 5051Plus Multifunction Calibration System offers high-performance calibration and maximum functionality by integrating a precision multifunction calibrator, 6.5 digit multimeter, and industrial touch screen PC into a single, bench-space-saving unit. This all-in-one design provides the foundation for an efficient calibration program, capable of testing and verifying a wide range of products quickly and efficiently. The system is ideal for both laboratory and on-site calibration work, replacing the need for transporting several instruments .

With automatic source and measure capabilities, the 5051Plus can calibrate multimeters, clamp meters, decade boxes, thermocouple indicators and sensors, tachometers, frequency meters, oscilloscopes, timer counters, RTDs, and much more. It features a comprehensive output range including AC/DC voltage up to 1050V (DC accuracy ±15 ppm), AC/DC current up to 22A (DC accuracy ±80 ppm), and resistance up to 1GΩ (decade values, ±20 ppm accuracy), along with capacitance, inductance, and conductance functions. A clamp meter adaptor (50-turn) enables AC/DC current calibration up to 1000A with ±0.5% accuracy .

The system includes dedicated functions for temperature calibration, with the ability to simulate and measure both thermocouples (types J, K, R, T, S, B, E, N) from -270 to 1800°C with ±0.15°C accuracy, and Pt100 RTDs from -180 to 850°C with ±0.2°C accuracy. Oscilloscope calibration is supported with amplitude up to 200V, frequency up to 100 MHz, fast-rise <400ps for bandwidth checking up to 400 MHz, and an optional 2.2 GHz levelled sine generator available .

The 5051Plus features an integral control center with a 10.4-inch touch screen display running Windows 11, 64-bit quad-core processor, 4GB RAM, and 120GB solid state drive. It comes pre-loaded with EasyCal calibration software for automated testing and calibration management, and includes a complete accessory package with printer, label printer, barcode reader, test leads, and connectivity kit for producing certificates and reports. The system weighs 23kg and requires 30 minutes warm-up to full accuracy. UKAS calibration certificate (ISO 17025) is available as an option .
