The Fluke 709 and 709H are precision loop calibrators offering best-in-class 0.01% reading accuracy, designed to save time and produce high-quality results. Built around a user-friendly interface with dedicated buttons and a Quick-Set rotary encoder knob, these calibrators dramatically reduce the time required to measure voltage, source current, or power a loop .

Both models perform basic functions including mA source, mA simulate, mA read, mA read/loop power, and volts read, with ranges of 0-24 mA (1 μA resolution) and 0-30 V DC (1 mV resolution). The large backlit graphics display with contrast adjust provides simultaneous mA and % readout, and is easy to read even in dark, cramped work areas .

The Fluke 709H adds HART communications, supporting a select set of HART universal and common practice commands. In communicator mode, users can read basic device information, perform diagnostic tests, and perform output trim on most HART-enabled transmitters.
