The Druck DPI 802 pressure loop calibrator provides simultaneous pressure and mA measurement for transmitter and loop maintenance. It is designed for technicians performing field work such as calibration and repair service, equipment installation and maintenance, as well as technicians in a variety of manufacturing environments.

When used in conjunction with a pressure source from the Druck range of hand pumps, it provides a simple and cost-effective calibrator for gauges, indicators, and recorders. Pressure ranges cover from 10 inH2O to 10,000 psi with single or dual range configuration. IDOS sensors provide 0.05% FS all-inclusive accuracy with 0.01% precision available.

The 24V loop power supply energizes transmitters and control loops. Automatic switch test captures open/closed trip values, providing fast and highly accurate safety system checks. A HART resistor can be switched into the loop when required, avoiding the inconvenience of carrying a 250Ω resistor.

The large backlit display and menu-driven interface ensure easy operation. The calibrator is robust, weatherproof, and designed for one-handed operation with a secure grip and impact-resistant elastomer protection.
