The Aalborg SDPROC is a microprocessor-driven command module designed to operate in conjunction with any analog or digital mass flow meter or controller that utilizes 0-5 VDC input/output signals. Available in one, two, three, or four-channel configurations, it provides a centralized interface for monitoring and controlling multiple gas flow devices simultaneously.

The SDPROC features a 24x2 alpha-numeric backlit dot matrix display and four front panel buttons for complete control over measurement and flow control functions. Its menu is logically organized in a multi-level tree structure, allowing quick access to desired functions. The flow set points, measured gas flow, and totalizer data are scaled directly in a wide selection of engineering units (%F.S., SLPM, SLPH, SCCM, SCFM, etc.) via the front panel, RS-232, or optional Ethernet interface.

It offers multiple control reference modes: Internal (via keypad or serial), External (via analog input), and Program mode. Program mode includes Batch Control (up to 16 steps), Timer Control (up to 96 steps with date/time scheduling), and Ratio Flow Control (for mixing up to 4 gases). Additional features include programmable high/low flow alarms with relay outputs, a totalizer with preset capabilities, and two sets of dry contact relay outputs per channel for user-supplied equipment.
