Anti-Overheat Heater Design

• Specific Heating Surface Loading: The electric heating elements are constructed with a precisely calculated heating surface loading. This ensures that during normal thermal flow, the surface temperature of the heaters remains within safe limits, eliminating the risk of overheating damage even under continuous full-load operation.
• Designed for High Temperatures and Pressures: The entire unit is engineered to maintain permanent availability at operating temperatures up to 160 °C, making it suitable for demanding processes where conventional water-based temperature control units would reach their limits.

Integrated Fill Level Monitor & Safety System

• Active Level Monitoring: An integrated fill level monitor continuously checks the medium level. If the water level drops below the safe threshold, an alarm message is immediately displayed on the regulator screen and the temperature control unit is automatically switched off—preventing heater dry-run damage that could lead to costly repairs and production downtime.
• Multi-Layer Protection: Beyond the fill level monitor, the TM-W Series is equipped with multiple additional safety devices. During construction, process safety is always the highest priority, giving operators confidence in unattended or continuous operation.
