When standard off-the-shelf temperature controllers cannot meet the complexity, zone count, or integration requirements of an industrial heating process, Vimosa d.o.o. delivers a fully custom-engineered solution. Each unit is purpose-built—designed from the ground up to match the customer's specific heater layout, power requirements, control logic, and field connectivity—and assembled inside an industrial electrical cabinet or portable enclosure using Omron or Siemens control equipment. The result is a turnkey temperature control unit that arrives pre-wired, factory-tested, and ready for immediate connection to power and heating elements.
Technology Platform — Omron or Siemens Inside
- Industrial-Grade Control Hardware: All units are built on a flexible platform of Omron or Siemens components—including digital temperature regulators, PLCs, solid-state relays (SSRs), thyristor power controllers, and safety elements. This ensures long-term spare parts availability and consistent performance across different heating applications.
- Application-Matched Sensors: Vimosa selects and supplies the appropriate temperature sensors (thermocouples, Pt100 RTDs, or NTC thermistors) based on the operating temperature range, chemical environment, and mechanical constraints of each specific installation.
- Scalable Architecture: From a single heating zone with basic on/off control up to 12 independently regulated zones with programmable PID loops, the control architecture is scaled to match the process—no more, no less.
Delivery Options — Fixed Cabinet or Mobile Unit
- Fixed Industrial Cabinet: For permanent installations, all control equipment, power supplies, terminals, and safety devices are housed in a robust industrial electrical cabinet. The cabinet is delivered with a complete set of electrical diagrams, measurement protocols, and an IZS engineer certificate where applicable, simplifying on-site acceptance and regulatory compliance.
- Portable/Mobile Unit: Designed for applications that require moving the temperature control between different tooling stations or process locations (e.g., regulating heaters on injection mould nozzles). The mobile version features dedicated connectors for heaters and sensors, allowing quick disconnection and reconnection. Power is supplied via standard industrial plugs (Schuko, CEE) for compatibility with existing workshop electrical infrastructure.
Plug-and-Play Delivery
- Factory Pre-Wired: All internal wiring between the controller, SSRs, circuit breakers, safety relays, and terminals is completed and tested at Vimosa's facility. The customer connects only the heating elements and mains supply on site.
- Pre-Configured Control Parameters: PID tuning, setpoint limits, alarm thresholds, and ramp/soak profiles are pre-programmed according to the agreed process specification, eliminating on-site commissioning time.
- CNS / External Connectivity: The unit is designed to interface with a Central Network System (CNS) or any external supervisory system via hardwired signals or digital communication, enabling remote monitoring of temperature, alarm states, and control mode.
