The Honeywell Sensepoint XCL is a fixed-point gas leak detector designed to meet the needs of commercial and light industrial applications. The Sensepoint XCL is available with either mA loop analog output or Modbus RTU, with the option for relays on both, providing a flexible solution that can easily be incorporated into legacy systems as well as new installations. It features a polycarbonate case with an IP65, Type 4 protection rating and pluggable rising clamp style connections for easy installation.

A key feature is its smartphone interface via Bluetooth, enabled by the Honeywell Sensepoint app (compatible with Android and iOS). This allows for much faster calibration, configuration, and bump tests. Users can inspect the status and settings of individual detectors, read gas concentrations in real-time, reconfigure settings, and check unit histories directly from a mobile device. A multi-color visual status indicator provides clear local status at a glance.
