The ICON Truflo TK series paddle wheel flow meters provide high accuracy at a low cost and are ideal for plastic piping. The TK series consists of a rugged true union industrial design that is suitable for corrosive applications with virtually no pressure drop. The units of flow measurements are selectable between liters, gallons, and kiloliters. No mounting kits are required; it can be installed horizontally or vertically.

Four models are available to suit different application requirements. The TKB is a battery powered flow/totalizer for basic monitoring. The TKS provides flow rate with amp relay and flow rate pulse for control applications. The TKP offers flow rate/totalizer with flow rate pulse and flow totalizer pulse for remote totalization. The TKM includes flow rate/totalizer, 4-20mA analog output, flow rate pulse, and totalizer pulse for comprehensive integration with PLCs and SCADA.

The meters feature ±0.5% of FS accuracy with a flow range of 0.3m/s to 10m/s (0.98 ft/s to 32.8 ft/s). Corrosion resistant materials include PVDF, PVC, PP, and 316SS. Available in sizes 1/2 to 4 inches with PVC or CPVC sockets and NPT or flanged end connectors. The simple design requires no programming, making installation quick and easy.
