The Extech 42570 dual laser infrared thermometer has a high 50:1 distance-to-target ratio for measuring smaller surface areas at greater distances. Dual laser targeting indicates ideal measuring distance when two laser points converge to a 1" target spot. A Type K thermocouple input extends measurement capability to -58 to 2498°F.

Features include lock function for continuous readings, fast 100 ms response time, MAX/MIN/AVG/DIF display, adjustable emissivity, and adjustable high/low set points with audible alarm. USB interface with included software allows data download to PC. The white backlit multifunction LCD with bargraph enables easy data viewing, and tripod mounting is supported.
