The E+H Proline T-Mass I 500 Thermal Mass Flow Meter provides unprecedented measurement stability in thermal insertion mass flow measurement. It compensates in real time for changes of process conditions: temperature, pressure, flow direction and gas type. The innovative remote transmitter of t-mass I 500 maximizes installation flexibility and operational safety in demanding environments. Heartbeat Technology ensures measurement reliability and compliant verification.

The insertion version is suitable for pipes from DN 80 to 1500 (3 to 60 inches). It offers bidirectional measurement and a patented drift-free sensor with SIL 2 capability. The remote version features up to 4 I/Os. The mass flow measuring range is 44 to 1,669,340 lb/h (20 to 733,501 kg/h). Accuracy for gas is 1.0% of reading (10 to 100% of full scale) and 0.1% of full scale (1 to 10% of full scale). Maximum process pressure is -0.5 to 20 barg (-7.25 to 290 psig). The transmitter features a backlit display with touch control and WLAN access, and is housed in aluminum or polycarbonate.
