The KEP RTP is an advanced dual ratemeter and totalizer designed for applications requiring high accuracy and flexible data manipulation from two pulse inputs. It features a clear 2-line by 16-character backlit LCD that can simultaneously display rate and total for various combinations of the two input signals, including A, B, A+B (sum), and A-B (difference).

A standout feature of the RTP is its powerful linearization capability. Each of the two inputs (A and B) can be configured with its own custom linearization table of up to 16 points, allowing the user to define precise "K" factors at different flow rates. This is particularly useful for correcting non-linearities in flow meters and significantly improving overall measurement accuracy over the entire flow range.

The RTP calculates rate updates within 300 ms per input and includes selectable damping (normalizing factor) and time delays to stabilize the rate display on fluctuating flows. It features two relay outputs with LED indication for alarm or control functions, and an optional 4-20 mA analog output for retransmission. The unit retains data in non-volatile RAM (NVRAM) upon power failure and has a NEMA 4 / IP65 rated front panel for harsh environments. It also includes three control inputs for functions like reset, print, or display hold.
