Its intelligent SmartSample pump technology minimizes pump blockages and improves the accuracy of remote sampling results, making it ideal for confined space entry and pre-entry testing.

The compact Max XT II is powered by a rechargeable battery pack that provides a full 13 hours of operation. Upon start-up, the unit runs full-function self-tests of the sensor, battery status, circuit integrity, and audible/visual alarms, ensuring it is ready for use. A continuous LCD shows real-time gas concentrations, and bright, wide-angled visual alarm bars provide clear alerts.

The detector features a water-resistant design and a built-in concussion-proof boot for durability. It offers a simple automatic calibration procedure and is compatible with the BW MicroDock II automatic test and calibration station. Data logging and event logging are standard, and the instrument can be managed using Fleet Manager II software. An optional confined space kit is available to enhance its versatility.
