The Honeywell Unipoint is a DIN rail mounted gas controller designed to integrate flammable, toxic, or oxygen gas detection into industrial control systems. Each unit mounts onto TS35 DIN rail via a special socket that interconnects power to adjacent units, and removable terminal connectors allow individual controllers to be changed without disturbing other devices.

Two versions are available: one for mV bridge catalytic bead type flammable gas detectors, and another for any 2- or 3-wire 4-20mA gas detectors. The controller features three programmable alarm relays, one system fault relay, and user-programmable scale, units, and calibration. Relays can be configured as energized or de-energized, latching or non-latching, with adjustable on/off delays.

The ultra-clear backlit display shows system status codes, units of measure, and gas readings. Remote accept, reset, and inhibit inputs allow alarm management without opening the enclosure. The Unipoint operates on 24 VDC nominal (18-32 VDC) and is suitable for installation in plastic or metal enclosures indoors or outdoors. Configuration menus can be password protected to prevent unauthorized access.
