The SELEC Flexys Rail is a flexible, cost-effective modular DIN rail PLC designed for small to medium-scale industrial automation applications. Its modular architecture allows users to customize the I/O configuration according to specific project requirements, eliminating unnecessary costs and maximizing system flexibility.

The Flexys Rail system consists of a base card, a power supply card, and up to 4 interchangeable I/O cards. The 24V DC power supply card includes 4 integrated digital inputs, while additional I/O cards provide support for digital inputs, relay/transistor digital outputs, universal analog inputs, and universal analog outputs. This allows for a wide range of signal types to be handled by a single controller.

The PLC features 2 high-speed counters up to 5 kHz for pulse counting and speed measurement applications. It includes a built-in real-time clock (RTC) with time switch functionality, enabling time-based control operations. Communication is supported via RS485 Modbus RTU protocol, allowing seamless integration with SCADA systems, HMIs, and other industrial devices.

The Flexys Rail mounts directly on 35mm DIN rails and operates reliably at temperatures from 0°C to +55°C. Typical applications include HVAC systems, pump and valve control, lighting management, packaging machines, and small process control systems.
