The akYtec PR103 is a high-performance, compact DIN rail mount mini-PLC (programmable relay) designed for industrial automation applications. It integrates a rich set of I/O and advanced communication capabilities in a space-saving form factor, making it ideal for small to medium-scale control systems.

The PR103 features 10 digital inputs, including 4 fast inputs supporting up to 100 kHz pulse counting for encoders and high-speed signals. It offers 8 or 10 digital outputs (relay or transistor type) and 6 universal analog inputs compatible with PT1000, NTC/PTC, 4…20 mA, and 0…10 V signals. Optional 2 universal analog outputs (4…20 mA/0…10 V) are available for enhanced control flexibility.

Communication is handled via 1 Ethernet port and 2 RS485 ports, supporting both master and slave modes for seamless integration with SCADA, HMI, and cloud systems. The unit operates on 24 V DC (9…30 V DC) and withstands a wide temperature range of -40…+55 °C, suitable for harsh industrial environments.

The PR103 includes a built-in real-time clock (5-year battery backup) and can be expanded with up to 2 PRM series modules for additional I/O points.
