The E+E EE771 flow sensor is designed for compressed air and gases, and is suited for measurements of flow in pipeline sizes DN15 (1/2") up to DN50 (2"). The EE771 measures compressed air, nitrogen, CO2, O2, and argon. It features an application-specific multi-point factory adjustment performed at 7 bar (102 psi), which creates outstanding measuring accuracy even in the lower measuring range. This allows reliable leak detection and corresponding energy savings.

A dynamic pressure compensation via a 2-wire 4-20 mA input is available. The E+E hot film sensing element deploying the latest thin film technology features excellent long-term stability, fast response time, and excellent reliability. The unique mounting concept, including a measurement valve with shut-off function, permits rapid installation and removal of the device with only short flow interruption. It ensures high measurement accuracy through exact and reproducible sensing head positioning in the pipe.

The EE771 features two freely scalable outputs configurable as analog current or voltage output, switch output, or pulse output for consumption measurement. Optionally, the measured data is available at the Modbus RTU or M-BUS (Meter-Bus) interface. The free EE-PCS Product Configuration Software and an optional configuration adapter facilitate configuration and adjustment. Broad working range of 1:400 ensures versatility across different flow conditions.
