The Fluke 27II and 28II digital multimeters set a new standard for operation in harsh conditions with IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating, extended operating temperature of -15°C to 55°C, and 95% humidity tolerance. Both are tested to withstand a 3-meter drop.

Both meters measure AC/DC voltage to 1000V, AC/DC current to 10A, capacitance to 9999μF, and frequency to 200kHz. The 28II adds True RMS AC voltage and current for accurate measurements on non-linear signals, a built-in thermometer, and a high-resolution 20,000-count display mode. Both feature Min/Max/Average recording, resistance, continuity, and diode testing.
