The Edgetech 200M DewTrak is a complete meteorological humidity system designed for continuous, automatic, and unattended measurement of atmospheric humidity over a very wide range. It consists of a thermally shielded enclosure housing the dew point and ambient temperature sensors, a microprocessor-based electronic control unit, and 25 feet of interconnecting cable.

The system utilizes highly reliable optical chilled mirror sensing technology to provide a primary, NIST-traceable measurement of dew point. The Automatic Balance Control (ABC) cycle automatically corrects for the light-reducing effects of mirror contaminants, allowing for continuous monitoring and virtually maintenance-free operation. Self-diagnostics indicate when maintenance is required, reducing unnecessary cleaning.

The 200M measures dew point in °C or °F and is available with a two-stage dew point sensor achieving 65°C depression. It calculates %-relative humidity and other psychometric variables from the primary measurements. The system provides both 0-5 VDC or 4-20mA analog outputs for dew point over the selected span, plus a TTL-compatible clean mirror signal for status monitoring. This rugged system is ideally suited for weather stations, environmental monitoring, and long-term atmospheric research applications.
