The Flomec GPI EB11 EasyBatch is a dual batch controller engineered to create an efficient and accurate fluid dispensing experience. It can be mounted directly onto a FLOMEC flow meter or installed remotely, and it is compatible with multiple industry-standard signal types, allowing the user to precisely control the volume of fluid dispensed into their process.

The EB11 features a large, easy-to-read 7-digit display with a backlight, ensuring clear visibility of batch status in both light and dark conditions. Housed in a durable Glass Reinforced Nylon (GRN) enclosure rated IP66/67 and NEMA 4X, it offers excellent impact and corrosion resistance, making it particularly well-suited for washdown environments and other harsh industrial applications.

The controller contains two digital NPN outputs with a current rating of up to 300 mA. These outputs can be used for direct control of solenoid valves or can be connected to larger relays to manage high-capacity valves and pumps. The EB11 can display engineering units such as liters, gallons, cubic meters, pounds, and kilograms, or can be set to display no units. Its operating temperature range is -10 to 60°C (14 to 140°F).
