The RAE Systems ToxiRAE Pro PID is a portable photoionization detector that promptly detects and accurately monitors over 300 volatile organic compounds (VOCs). An onboard library of 190 correction factors allows the instrument to be programmed to automatically read in concentrations of the specified compound. It is offered in Industrial Hygiene (advanced) and Safety (basic) configurations.

The ToxiRAE Pro PID features intelligent interchangeable sensors, continuous data logging, a man-down alarm, and the largest backlit display in its class. Its five-way alarm notification system (buzzer, vibration, display, LED lights) immediately alerts both the user and remote observers. Wireless capability enables integration with the ProRAE Guardian real-time safety system or EchoView host-based closed-loop wireless system. The instrument is rugged, intrinsically safe, and easy to maintain with plug-and-play sensors and battery replacement.
