The Mensor CTB9100-165 is a high-precision micro calibration bath designed for the accurate on-site calibration of short temperature probes . It is the preferred solution when probe stem length falls below 70 mm, as it minimizes heat conduction errors that can significantly increase measurement uncertainty in dry-well calibrators . With a usable working range of 60 x 150 mm, it provides a generous 150 mm immersion depth to ensure test items are fully submerged for optimal thermal stability .

This model covers a broad temperature range from -35 to 165 'C (-31 to 329 'F), making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial and laboratory applications, particularly in the pharmaceutical and food industries . It delivers excellent accuracy of ±0.2 K and a resolution of 0.1 'C. The liquid tank has a volume of approximately 0.6 liters .

Designed for ease of use, the CTB9100-165 features simple two-key temperature adjustment on the controller. The large, 4-digit LC display simultaneously shows both the actual and set temperatures, virtually eliminating reading errors . The unit offers fast thermal response, with a heating time of 45 minutes from 20 to 160 'C and a cooling time of 30 minutes from 20 to -20 'C .
