Walchem W100W Series Cooling Tower / Boiler Flow Controller has a large display with icon based programming, making setup easy. With multiple language support the Walchem W100W provides simple setup no matter where your business takes you. Universal sensor input provides flexibility; the same controller can be used with almost any type of sensor needed. Three control outputs allow the controller to be used in more places than other entry level models. Optional analog (4-20 mA) output for recording, datalogging or connection to building energy management systems.

Flexibility in the function of each relay includes bleed on conductivity, bleed time proportional to makeup water volume, boiler blowdown on conductivity using intermittent sampling, feed in proportion to bleed time, feed time proportional to makeup water volume, feed as a percentage of elapsed time, probe wash, biocide timer with pre-bleed and post-feed bleed lockout options, and alarm.
