The Aquametrix AM-2250 is a multi-parameter process controller designed for monitoring pH, ORP, contacting conductivity, and flow in industrial applications. It accepts input from 6-wire differential or combination pH/ORP sensors, 2-electrode conductivity cells (cell constants 0.01 to 100), and pulse-type flow sensors .

The controller features three independent control/alarm relays with adjustable high, low, and in-range setpoints. Each relay has a configurable cycle timer with adjustable on/off times to eliminate chemical overshoot in batch processes. The third relay can be triggered by temperature or flow totalizer reading.

Two isolated 4-20 mA outputs provide process variable and temperature signals, with PID control available on the primary output . Calibration flexibility includes 2-3 point pH calibration and up to 16-point conductivity calibration for acids and bases .
