The AquaMetrix ASTX Series is a direct 4-20mA contacting conductivity sensor with an integral AM-2250TX transmitter enclosed in a compact 1-inch CPVC body. It offers programmable cell constant, temperature compensation, calibration, and direct 4-20mA output for seamless PLC integration. Factory calibrated with three cell constants (0.1, 1, and 10) covering ranges from 10µS/cm to 25mS/cm.

Integral Pt1000 RTD provides automatic temperature compensation with fast response. Models available: ASM01TX (10-200µS/cm), ASM1TX (100-2000µS/cm) with 316SS electrodes, and ASG10TX (1-25mS/cm) with graphite electrodes. RS485 configurable.

Multiple mounting options: flow-through with AM-CFT-R5 compression fitting for adjustable insertion in 1.5" NPT fittings, submersion with AM-ARM-5 hardware (includes 4ft CPVC pipe and tank-mount bracket), or hot tap ball valve assembly for removal without system shutdown. Compatible with AM-2300 web-enabled controller and any PLC. Applications include cooling towers, high purity water, pharmaceuticals, RO systems, food and beverage, aquaculture, and agriculture. Operating temperature -20 to 90°C, pressure 200 PSIG, 15ft cable standard.
