The AquaMetrix AS Series contacting conductivity probes feature a choice of 316 stainless steel or graphite electrodes with CPVC shells, designed for industrial, power plant, and laboratory applications. With reasonable maintenance, these probes provide years of drift-free performance.

Five cell constants from 0.01 to 50 are available: 0.01 (0.2-10 µS/cm), 0.1 (10-500 µS/cm), 0.5, 1.0 (100-5000 µS/cm), 10 (5-250 mS/cm), and 50 (10-500 mS/cm). Integral automatic temperature compensation is standard, using a Pt1000 RTD (or optional 3kΩ thermistor) to provide fast response to changing temperatures and compensation to 25°C when used with a compatible analyzer.

The flow-through mounting incorporates a special 3/4" MNPT compression fitting allowing adjustable insertion length in 3/4" NPT piping or tank sides, without disconnecting the cell cable. For submersion mounting, reverse the fitting and thread into MHMSC hardware (includes 2ft CPVC pipe and adjustable rim-mount bracket). Ball valve "hot-tap" types permit cell removal without system shutdown.

Rated for temperatures 23-176°F (-5 to 80°C) and pressures to 100 PSIG. Applications include boilers, cooling towers, high purity water, pharmaceuticals, reverse osmosis, food and beverage, aquaculture, and agriculture. Two-year limited warranty.
