The ROPO RP-400 is a pneumatically actuated 3-way flanged ball valve designed for industrial flow diversion, mixing, and switching. Available in L-port and T-port configurations across DN15 to DN100, with pressure ratings up to PN40 and body materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, and UPVC to match diverse process requirements.

How do L-port and T-port configurations differ in application?

An L-port valve connects the common port to either of two outlet ports while blocking the third, making it ideal for simple flow diversion between two paths. A T-port valve can interconnect all three ports for mixing two incoming streams, or connect any two ports while blocking the third for flow switching. Choose L-port for directional control and T-port for blending or multi-directional distribution.

What seat material should you select for your media?

Reinforced PTFE seats are standard and provide excellent chemical resistance across a wide temperature range, suitable for water, steam, oil, and most industrial chemicals. PPL (p-phenyl) seats offer higher temperature tolerance and are recommended for steam-heavy applications where PTFE may creep under sustained thermal load. For abrasive media or frequent cycling, 4-seat configurations are available on request to distribute wear across additional sealing surfaces.
