The 6SL3520-1XL00-5AA0 is the AA-suffix configuration of the 0.55 kW G115D in the FSA frame — the entry-level power rating of the distributed drive family. Rated for 1.7 A continuous output at 480 V with a high-overload curve of 200% for 3 seconds and 150% for 57 seconds, the drive handles frequent-start conveyor duty without a control cabinet. IP65 protection (with connectors) or IP66 (with cable glands) and UL Type 4X indoor rating enable direct machine-mount installation in washdown and dusty environments.

The AA variant provides the core G115D feature set: an integrated Category C2 line filter for industrial EMC compliance, an internal braking resistor for regenerative energy from small decelerating loads, and STO (Safe Torque Off) SIL 2 via Profisafe.
