The E+H FTL62 Liquiphant level switch is a point level switch for all liquids, designed for minimum or maximum detection in tanks, vessels and piping, even in hazardous areas. It is an ideal substitute for float switches as the reliable function is not affected by flow, turbulence, air bubbles, foam, vibration, solids content or buildup.

The FTL62 is the Liquiphant specialist for aggressive liquids, providing reliable and proven point level detection for tank overfill prevention and pump dry run protection. Its corrosion-resistant wetted parts (316L or Alloy C) and robust vibronic sensor make it ideal for chemical, acid, and caustic media applications where standard level switches would fail.

The FTL62 detects liquids with a minimum density of 0.5 g/cm³ (optionally 0.4 g/cm³ for non-SIL applications) and handles viscosities up to 10,000 cSt. Flow velocity tolerance in pipes reaches 5 m/s at 1 mPa·s / 1 g/cm³, and the sensor withstands pressure shocks up to 20 bar/s. Heartbeat Technology enables continuous self-diagnostics and on-demand verification without process interruption. Bluetooth wireless operation and built-in RFID tag simplify commissioning and asset identification in the field.
