What does the D3 control system manage?

The D3 coordinates multiple motion axes — welding head travel, wire feed, oscillation, and part rotation — with real-time synchronisation. It stores part-specific welding programs with parameters for each process (FCAW-S, FCAW-G, GMAW, SAW), logs weld data for quality traceability, and provides built-in condition monitoring with remote diagnostic access.
