The King Instrument 7310 series rotameter features an economical stainless steel case with a molded polysulfone metering tube. The internal components are available in 316L stainless steel, Teflon, Polysulfone, or Hastelloy C-276. O-rings are available in Viton, Buna N, EPR, and Kalrez. An optional latching reed switch alarm is also available .

The rotameter offers a water flow range of 0.5 to 160GPM and an air flow range of 6.1 to 33 SCFM. It features a 5 inch (127mm) scale with ±3% full scale accuracy, 10:1 turndown, and 0.5% repeatability. Ambient temperature range is 33 to 125°F (1 to 52°C) .

Maximum temperature and pressure depend on fitting material: 200°F and 200 psig for 316L SS fittings; 130°F and 125/150 psig for PVC fittings. The combination of 304SS case and polysulfone tube provides durability with excellent chemical resistance for a wide range of applications .
