The 6SL3520-1XM03-0AB0 delivers 3 kW in the G115D FSB frame with the AB-suffix enhanced I/O — the highest-power fanless configuration with expanded hardwired connectivity. Rated 7.7 A continuous (15.4 A peak at 200% for 3 seconds), it powers mid-weight conveyor sections, transfers, and processing stations directly on the machine frame. The 1XM FSB enclosure (425 × 240 × 134 mm) dissipates heat entirely through natural convection — no fan, no moving parts, no fan noise, and unrestricted mounting orientation.

The AB enhanced configuration adds digital and analog I/O channels plus an additional STO interface beyond the AA base variant — suited for decentralized stations where proximity sensors, limit switches, and safety devices terminate at the drive. The fanless design is the defining trait: at 3 kW, this is the highest-power G115D that runs without a cooling fan. Above 3 kW, forced-air cooling becomes necessary (the 4 kW 1XM04 moves to a 169 mm deep enclosure with integrated fan). Standard G115D features apply: integrated C2 EMC filter, internal braking chopper, STO SIL 2, SAM web-server commissioning, and IP65/IP66 protection.
