The PhyMetrix ExMa Explosion-Proof Moisture Analyzer is a complete sampling system and natural gas dew point meter with built-in flow regulation and a cleanable filter, featuring a top-of-the-line on-screen histogram and trend graph . The analyzer is approved for explosion-proof installations in the USA, Canada, and ATEX.

The instrument provides a dew point measurement range of -110 to 20°C with ±2°C accuracy and 0.8°C repeatability. It features a 95% step change response time of 3 minutes and operates over a temperature range of -40 to 70°C. The analyzer includes built-in temperature compensation, 4/20 mA sink or source output, RS-485 communication, and programmable data logging with clock calendar .

The ExMa features thru-the-glass touch user buttons for safe operation in hazardous areas without opening the enclosure. The user interface consists of a backlit graphic LCD display with four touch areas on the glass cover. A Virtual Analyzer PC software program is available for user training and evaluation . The unit has 316 stainless steel and PTFE wetted parts and is suitable for extractive or bypass installation.
