The THESI 310 is GIVI MISURE's single-axis position controller with a six-digit display and three operating modes — manual, semi-automatic and automatic from stored programs. It reads a 5 V or 12 V encoder and outputs either ±10 V analog or voltage-free relay contacts.

Why store programs in the controller instead of a PLC?

A PLC can do the job, but every position change means opening the program. The THESI 310 keeps 99 programs of 20 positions each on board, so an operator recalls a whole cycle from the keypad and the axis runs it — with 99 repeat counts per position — without a laptop or a programmer in sight.
