The Saia PCD1 E-Line is an ultra-compact, high-performance DIN rail PLC designed for small to medium-scale industrial automation applications. Its space-saving design integrates comprehensive I/O capabilities and advanced communication features, making it ideal for machine control, building automation, and process monitoring tasks.

The PCD1 E-Line comes with a standard set of integrated I/O: 16 digital inputs, 12 digital outputs, 4 universal analog inputs, and 2 analog outputs. This integrated configuration eliminates the need for additional modules in many basic applications, reducing system cost and complexity. For more demanding projects, the PLC can be expanded with up to 8 PCD1 series extension modules, providing additional digital, analog, and communication options.

Communication is supported via 1 Ethernet port, 1 RS485 port, and 1 USB port, enabling seamless integration with SCADA systems, HMIs, and other industrial devices.
