Humidity range extends from 5 to 95% RH with ±1.0% accuracy, uniformity of 0.30% RH at 18 to 28°C, and stability of 0.15% RH at 18 to 28°C. Ramp and soak rates include temperature high to low at 1.50°C per minute, temperature low to high at 5.00°C per minute, humidity high to low at 5.00% RH per minute, and humidity low to high at 10.00% RH per minute.
