The Michell Instruments DG Series Humidity Generators provide flexible, cost-effective solutions for calibration applications based on the volumetric mixing of dry and wet gases. Available in two models, the instruments can be controlled either manually or automatically to suit a wide range of requirements.

DG-2 Humidity Generator: Features two stages of gas-flow mixing, enabling generation of dew points down to -103°F (-75°C). Its key strengths are ease of use and flexibility in manually generating accurate target dew points by fine-tuning the gas mix via flow metering valves. Infinite mixing is achievable within its working range, providing exceptional versatility for low-humidity calibration applications.

DG-3 Humidity Generator: The entry-level, single-stage mixing generator operated by manually mixing two gas streams using flow control valves. It provides flows up to 5 Nl/min (10.6 scfh) and generates dew points ranging from -40 to 68°F (-40 to 20°C), making it suitable for routine calibration requirements.

Both models offer high stability and repeatability with fast response to changes in set-point. They serve as complete dew-point calibration systems for laboratory environments where manual control and precision flow measurement are sufficient for application needs.
