Product Description
The Micro Motion CDM100 compact density meter uses dual curved-tube meter technology to measure density and Coriolis to indicate velocity/volume flow rate. It is available in two versions: general purpose stainless steel (CDM100M) and peak performance nickel alloy (CDM100P).
The CDM100M features a 316L stainless steel manifold with liquid accuracy of ±0.2 kg/m³ (±0.0002 g/cm³) and maximum working pressure of 1450 psi (100 bar). The CDM100P features a Nickel Alloy C22 manifold with superior accuracy of ±0.1 kg/m³ (±0.0001 g/cm³) and higher pressure rating of 3600 psi (248 bar). Both versions offer repeatability of ±0.02 kg/m³ (±0.00002 g/cm³).
Operating density range is 0 to 3000 kg/m³ (0 to 3 g/cm³), with calibration range 300 to 1300 kg/m³. Operating temperature range is -50 to 204°C (-58 to 400°F). An integral 100Ω RTD temperature sensor is included. Maximum case pressure is 389 psig (27 bar) with typical burst pressure of 2824 psig (195 bar).
