The Micro Motion T-Series Coriolis flow meters offer direct inline measurement of mass flow, density, concentration, volume flow, and temperature from a single device. The straight-tube, full-bore design matches the diameter of standard process tubing, ensuring excellent system drainability in any orientation and fast product change-over.

The meter is suitable for installation anywhere with no flow conditioning or straight pipe run requirements, and is immune to fluid, process, or environmental effects for superb measurement confidence. Titanium ASTM Grade 9 wetted parts provide excellent corrosion resistance for compatibility with most fluids. With no moving parts to wear or replace, maintenance is minimized for long-term reliability.

The straight-tube meter design is based on the ASME Bioprocessing Equipment Standard. With optional sanitary fittings, T-Series meters meet 3-A Sanitary Standards for Milk and Milk Products, and are EHEDG certified for clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilize-in-place (SIP) processes. Highly polished surface finishes (15 or 32 Ra) are available for ultra-pure fluids.

Accuracy specifications: mass flow ±0.15%, volume flow ±0.25%, gas flow ±0.50%, density ±0.002 g/cm³. Operating temperature range -60 to 300°F (-50 to 150°C) with pressure rating up to 1450 psi (100 bar). Line sizes available from 1/4" to 2" (DN6 to DN50).

Applications include batch control, bio-reactor feeds, blending, concentration and density measurements, filling and dosing, high purity fluids, mass balance, process control, reactor charging, and validated processes.
