The AOI Series 2510 is the AC-powered counterpart to the Series 2500 percent oxygen transmitter. It is recommended for applications where AC power is available or preferred. Housed in a durable NEMA 4X (IP66) watertight polycarbonate enclosure, it is designed for reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. The 4-20 mADC output allows for easy integration with data loggers, recorders, PLCs, or digital control systems.

The Series 2510 features an extended-life oxygen sensor that provides exceptional performance, accuracy, and stability. For applications where carbon dioxide is present in the sample gas, the sensor retards passivation of the sensor anode by allowing the products of oxidation to dissolve in the electrolyte. In effect, the sensor is renewed continuously, resulting in an increase in sensor life even if exposed to 100% carbon dioxide. The enhanced mechanical design ensures longer life and virtually eliminates leakage of electrolyte.

Key specifications include a variety of measurement ranges covering 0-2% up to 0-100% oxygen, ±1% of full scale accuracy, and a 90% of full scale response time of less than 20 seconds. It offers flexible power input options: 115 VAC/50-60Hz or 24 VDC. Optional equipment for the analyzer includes a sample filter, a pressure regulator, a flow meter, and a sample pump. The electronics carry a 2-year warranty, and the sensor carries a 1-year warranty.
