The AOI ZRO2000 is a microprocessor-based oxygen analyzer featuring a non-depleting zirconia oxygen sensor for accurate and repeatable trace and percent oxygen measurements. It measures gas phase oxygen concentrations over an exceptionally wide range from 0.1 ppm to 100%, making it suitable for a diverse array of industrial applications including modified atmosphere packaging, pharmaceutical processing, semiconductor manufacturing, and heat treating .

The analyzer is housed in a NEMA 1 enclosure for general purpose use. The front panel contains five switches that provide access to the analyzer's settings, and oxygen values are displayed on a 0.7in (17.8mm) high 6-digit liquid crystal display. It includes two user-configurable oxygen alarm relays, a built-in audible alarm, and red/green LEDs for visual indication of alarm status and display mode (percent vs. trace). The unit also features two flow meters for independent control of sample flow and bypass flow .

The instrument is equipped with two scalable analog outputs that can be individually configured for 0-20 mADC or 4-20 mADC, providing flexibility for integration with data loggers, PLCs, or other control systems.
